How course payments work.
Each eight-week course we offer is $300. There are two ways you can pay: we accept vouchers from charter schools if your student is enrolled in one, or if your student is not enrolled in a charter school, you can use a personal payment. You also can split your payment into two $150 payments. We’ll work out the right payment type with you after enrollment through email, phone call, or a meeting in-person.
Vouchers from charter schools are an option.
We are partnered with many charter schools in the Sacramento area, and if your charter school is not partnered with us, you can easily ask them to add us to their vendor list. The process of getting a voucher from your charter school teacher and sending it to us should be underway by the first day of class.
We can help you through the process of getting a voucher.
When you enroll in a Makers XD course, we’ll ensure you have the guidance you need to get a voucher from your charter school to pay for your student’s course.
Personal payments are also an option.
Personal payments can be used if your student is not enrolled in a charter school. Your course payment should be submitted by the first day of class if you are not dividing it into two. If you are submitting two payments of $150 instead, the first payment should be submitted by the first day of class, and the second payment before the last day of class.
